Story

This year 16 of the Bad Bears will form 4 teams to take part in this years Battle Cancer in Dublin!

Each team will be taking on a series of 4 workouts lasting 9 minutes which incorporate teamwork, high-intensity cardio, functional fitness and weights!! And all for a great cause!

To raise awareness and some ££'s for our charity we will also be taking on some challenges ahead of the games and on Sunday 10th July will take ourselves up the Mourne Mountains loaded with 20kg weighted vests and kettlebells; and if that wasn't enough we will do a full workout when we get to the top!

There will be plenty of pictures and videos as we go so watch this space!

Thank you for taking the time to support us!
