7 Year On     ...    7 Miles Short!

I'll let you into a little secret  ...

Let's take you back to the Royal British Legion's Pedal to Paris 2011, when we cycled from Greenwich Park to the Arc de Triomphe. What an event, what a challenge!

800 metres into this gruelling test, guess who got a puncture! I found myself thrown into the back of the repair vehicle, before unceremoniously being turfed out at Sidcup ...

Nothing wrong with Sidcup I shout ... I was born there!!

So there you have it - 7 miles short of the 284 miles journey. You can feel my pain, my motivation, my enthusiasm to prove I can 7 years on ride London to Paris in full.

Lots of training, sweat, blood and tear, guaranteed  .. along with lots of fun :)
