As Critical care staff we have seen the devastation the virus has had in the UK and can only imagine the effects else where in the world. 

We 're fundraising for Tearfund so that people living in poverty will be better equipped to deal with the devastation of coronavirus. . We're starting to see the impact coronavirus is having on some of the poorest communities. In places with poor healthcare and less infrastructure the potential for devastation increases. By sponsoring us you will help Tearfunds work, including promoting hygiene practices, providing food for those in quarantine and building hand washing stations.

We have chosen to Climb Kilimanjaro in teams, racing to the top in their virtual Stair climb challenge, this will get us fitter in these post Christmas lockdown days but also give us a team spirit focus when we are out of our PPE from working in Critical care units caring for COVID patients here in the UK
