Story
Cricket for Tess will be a T12 cricket match with some current (and some not so current!) cricket stars taking part with the aim of raising funds for life changing therapies for our sweet girl Tess Powis.
The match will begin at 1pm at Chiswick Cricket Club, Riverside Drive, London, W4 2SP and the event will continue until around 6pm. It is free to attend but guests can make an optional donation to Tess' fundraising page, plus there will be a raffle on the day with some incredible prizes, especially for the cricket fans!
It will be a fun filled day out for all ages, with delicious food and drink available, a bouncy castle, face painting, chocolate tombola and more!
Our sweet girl has been suffering with epilepsy since she was 3 months old, which has left her virtually blind and very delayed developmentally. While Tess' epilepsy is stubbornly resistant to conventional treatments, we have found a number of therapies that make a big difference to her life - namely hyperbaric oxygen therapy, medicinal cannabis and various neuro-plasticity approaches to stimulate learning. All of these therapies are privately funded and are critical to giving Tess all-important quality of life.
We would love to see you on the day. We so appreciate your support for Tess - it means the world to us!
