The students of the Air Transport Department aim to raise money for Aviation Without Borders (AWB).  AviationWithout Borders is a U.K. based charity that provides aviation services for humanitarian supplies, medical supplies, travel to U.K. for sick children, and ‘fun days’ for disadvantaged children. This worthy and notable aviation charity provides these services regardless of politics, religion, race, or nationality.

For the past three years, the students of Cranfield University’s Department of Air Transport have hosted an auction event from which the proceeds go directly to Aviation Without Borders. Each year since inception, the charityauction event has raised more funds than the previous year. For this event, we rely on members of the aviation industry to support us in fundraising.
