I am taking part in the Sydney marathon on Sunday the 21st of September in memory of my Dad, who lost his battle with Oesophageal Cancer earlier this year.

Considering I have barely done any running since Edinburgh in 2012, and my well established hatred for running in high temperatures, this is likely to be the hardest challenge I have taken on to date.  Hopefully with your help and the motivation of raising money for such a fantastic cause I have a chance of getting across the finish line before I melt.  Any donations, no matter how small, are greatly appreciated.
