At the beginning of 2014 i was diagnosed with testicular cancer, i had an operation to remove the tumour, the cancer then spread to my lymph nodes in my stomach, i then had  3 months intensive chemotherapy at Weston Park Cancer hospital in Sheffield and at the beginning of June i was given the all clear,i am one of the lucky ones. Irrespective of age or situation, statistics tell us that one in three people in England will suffer from Cancer at some point of their lives and one in five will lose the battle.Weston Pk hospital Cancer charities exists to support the work of Weston Pk hospital, one of only four dedicated Cancer hospitals in the country and provides treatment for people cross our region and that means Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster, Sheffield, worksop, Chesterfield etc.
