Story
This picture is at the opening of the Health Center in the village of San Jose, Nicaragua. We had the privilege of being present at the Grand Opening of this center, built to serve the families and children who live in Agros' embrace as they grow out of poverty toward prosperity.
Prosperity means helping farming families achieve productive and sustainable agribusinesses. Prosperity also means improving the health and happiness of these families and their children. They are not hungry. They are not illiterate. They aren't scared about their future. And with Agros, it's not just today's mothers and fathers stepping into prosperity, it's their children too. The cycle of poverty is being broken. They are walking with hope.
But Agros work does not come without incredible challenges. This new Health Center in San Jose was built before the onset of COVID-19, but as you can imagine, Agros and the Heath Center staff are now working tirelessly helping the families and children of San Jose though this health crisis.
But it cannot be done without us. For this work to continue, they need our help. Gifts made before midnight on October 8th, 2020 will be doubled by a matching pool! Join us in giving hope to these children and the generations to come.
Please join us in supporting Agros and these families.
