im raising money for the arthur rank hospice, they were great for my nan and making her comfortable on her last days and really wanna show them a gesture of thankyou. there a company run by nhs and donations who dont charge patients so really wanna give them a great donation as a way of saying thankyou.as many of you no i love my hair and so im giving this up for the charity if wasnt for the fact i got a impending knee op i would happily do a walk run cycle but at the moment this is the best i can do and a start. going to shave all my hair off on the 31st of december 2013
