Story

Its been a while since the last update

As you know I had a bit of a health scare during the last ultramarathon which was part of this challenge to raise funds for CHAS. The Fife Coastal Path Ultra was ended at the 80 mile mark when I was carted off to the Vic hospital.  I was then told to avoid any further ultra distance runs.

Anyway it has been playing on my mind that you all donated a fantastic amount of sponsorship money, and that I need to complete the challenge on my side.

So - in 5 weeks time I will attempt the West Highland Way Ultra, 95 miles and 14000 feet of elevation to be completed in 35 hours.
