On 26th April 2015 , I will be running the Virgin London Marathon followed by the Outlaw half Ironman Triathlon on 31st May 2015 from there I will going to Barcalona on October 6th  to face the ultimate endurance test of Barcelona Ironman ( 2.4mile swim , 112 mile bike and 26.2 mile run  ) to raise funds for the Karen Green foundation to help people suffering from Leukemia .
