This is the 4th time I've taken part in the BUPA Great Manchester Run - and after suffering a multitude of injuries including a ruptured achilles and a twisted knee, I'm going to give this another go in the hope that my machine like body isn't ready for the scrap-yard just yet!  Each time I've taken part in the past, many of you have generously contributed your hard earned wedge, which has gone towards helping a very worthwhile cause. Hopefully you will be able to do the same this year. 

The support that Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital provides helps families to stay together and support one another during what can be a very difficult time for them.  Sponsorship money will help to make life a little easier for their young patients and their families, particularly when they have long or frequent stays in hospital.  

So please sponsor me - no matter how little!
