Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Sarah Nixon and the Nixon Clan have been friends of mine for far to many years to mention.  As far back as when Chris, Sarah husband had his pimped up Fiesta.

Sarah Nixon tragically passed away on 17th January 2013 after being diagnosed with a very rare and aggresive form of ovarian cancer in November 2012.

Sarah leaves behind three beautiful children - Oliver (5), Sophia (3) and Poppy (3 months). Sarah was previously fit and healthy and would be the last person you would expect to die young. She was the most loving mother you could ever meet and was truly devoted to her three young children.

The tragic story was widely reported in Newcastle Journal and Evening Chronicle.

So this little fat lad is going to drag his butt through a 450mt swim, 20k bike ride and a 5k run on the 6th May 2013.

Cancer affects everyone in someway and we all will have a touching story about a friend or family member who has been taken from us.

I do appreciate that times are hard for everyone but every penny counts and will be truly appreciated by everyone concerned so if you can please donate and leave a message.

Thank you all for the support on behalf of myself and the Nixon family.
