Story
Every year we choose a charity to support on our 100 mile bike ride, the Friendly Cyclists Centurion Ride.
My Nephew Dan & his wife Lynsey had a Son, Olli, born 12 weeks early in 2017 and spent 82 days in hospital. They benefitted from the wonderful work that Bliss do to support families and babies in neonatal care to try to ensure that babies like Olli can eventually go home with their families.
This year I will be supporting Bliss through my guided and social rides and on my 4 main challenges:
Ride 2019 miles in 2019
100 Mile Centurion Ride
100 Mile Ride London Ride
100 Mile Velo North Ride
I’ve chosen to fundraise for Bliss because there are more than 100,000 babies born like Olli needing neonatal care every year and I want to make a difference to them. Every donation that’s made to this page brings Bliss closer to ensuring that every baby born premature or sick in the UK has the best chance of survival and quality of life. Bliss does that by supporting parents to care for their babies, campaigning for better neonatal care and enabling life-changing research.
