I'm extending the #22PushUpChallenge (22 push ups every day for 22 days) to include:
- Swimming 22 miles (a mile a day)
- Running 10 miles (a mile every other day!)
I want to help raise awareness of post-traumatic stress disorder by challenging myself to improve my own well-being and promoting a healthier lifestyle.
