Bringing back the fun…

with the Caversham Fun Run!

We’re pleased to announce that the Caversham Primary School Fun Run is back! It’s a fun filled morning for the whole family, and you don’t need to be the next Mo Farah to take part. The event raises funds for Caversham Primary School Association and is also a great way to get to know people and be part of the school community.

There’ll be two runs  - a 2km and a 5km – both open to adults and children, but please consider age and running experience when entering. You can choose which you’d like to take part in or just come and cheer others on. To add to the fun of the morning, there’ll be a bouncy castle, cakes, refreshments and other fun activities. Children need to be supervised on the course and all participants (both adults and children) must be registered to receive their race number. The class with the most children taking part will receive a treat!

It costs £5 per runner to take part and we’d also encourage all runners to raise sponsorship via the central Fun Run JustGiving page. The entry fee includes your race number for a marshalled course and race certificate. We’d also welcome any employer matched funding contributions and please let us know of any potential sponsorships from local businesses too.

Once you’ve registered to take part, please share the Fun Run JustGiving page to your friends and family to encourage them to sponsor you.
