As a non runner I was delighted when I discovered my dear boyfriend had signed me up for the BUPA 10k run on the 27th May. I quickly realised I'm not a natural runner and that this was going to be painful. I decided to put my suffering to a good cause and raise money for the Variety Club.
The Variety Club is a children's charity, and is about increasing positive experiences for children and young people throughout the UK who are sick, disabled or disadvantaged.
