On the 23rd of July, myself and Nathan are taking part on a mighty hike through the Peak District to raise money for people living with cancer. 

We have pledged to raise £500 and would really appreciate any support in reaching this 💚

Earlier this year my dad was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin Follicular Lymphoma. 

At 53 he has always been in pretty good health with no other problems. Dad loves his work and worked long days and most weekends as a stone mason for over 35 years. Always on the go, the life and soul of every family event. The diagnosis came as a huge shock to us all and we knew this year was going to be challenging, undergoing 6 months of chemotherapy. 

MacMillan have really helped support my dad on his cancer journey so far. Offering mental and financial support putting his mind at ease so he is able to focus on getting better. Having long chats helping to understand the diagnosis, mental well-being checks, going on organised walks and to other events with people who also live with cancer. 💚

Money raised will go towards providing support for people living with cancer.
