Throughout the month of April, we will all be doing at least 10 minutes of something active everyday to raise money for Bowel Cancer UK's Step Up for 30 challenge. Our good friend, Adam, was diagnosed in December 2020 (just before Tier 4/Lockdown 2.0)... It has been an emotional journey, with plenty of ups and downs along the way but he has been heroic throughout this whole ordeal - taking it head on! He has had successful the surgery, and chemotherapy will begin once he has recovered. We will be in his corner cheering him on every step of the way! We are incredibly proud of him!
