Previously doing the race for life, I was racing for my beautiful Godmother Yvonne who was battling breast cancer. This year I am doing the race in her memory as she lost her battle in August 2013. She was taken from us far too young and far too early and she is one of many who have suffered from this terrible disease.

I will carry on doing the race for life until there has been a breakthrough and a difference has been made.
