Story
The Aim:
To Raise £1200 for RNLI as part of our ongoing commitment to be integral within our local communities
The Challenge
Chris and Lizzie (store manager and assistant manager) of Cornish Bakery Lyme Regis store will partake in a physical bike ride visiting all the Cornish Bakery’s in our region. Neither myself or Lizzie are hyper fit cyclists ( or have ridden our bikes in quite some time) and felt for our initial dip into a charity event something BIG and ambitious was needed
Be Sure to check the gallery for route maps of our journey
From the RNLI
Our RNLI lifeboats in the South West protect hundreds of communities through our 24-hour search and rescue service. They rely on the safest, most reliable lifeboats and modern stations to launch from. We need your support to help keep saving lives
The mechanics
As much fun as really challenging ourselves to attempt this as one continuous cycle (maybe next year’s challenge upping the ante) we will look towards breaking this down into a few legs
Each location myself and Lizzie will obtain photos with the store team and post in various forums to show progress – Map data from google timeline tracking and Strava will be posted to show where we’ve been and how long it has taken, we will also post various other pictures of what in places will be a stunning route
