We are undertaking Artemis Great Kindrochit Quadrathlon in the Scottish highlands to raise money for Help for Heroes and would very much appreciate your support for this very worthwhile cause:

On July 11^th 2009 starting at 6.00 am we will endure a   

1.5k  Swim  to the North side of Loch Tay

24k   Run  over 7 Munros (> 3.000ft peaks) – max height 1.214m

11k   Kayak  from Milton Morenish, to Ardtalnaig

54k  Cycle  around LochTray
