Story

On the 30th of October this year I will be running the Dublin City marathon for the Irish Heart Foundation. I have chosen this charity because their mission means a lot to me personally, as close family member's and friend's lives have been affected by heart disease. I hope you'll join me in supporting this great cause by donating to this charity on my page. Every little bit will help me reach my goal in supporting the Irish Heart Foundation.

Their mission is to play a leading role in improving the cardiovascular health of people living in Ireland so they do not experience disability or die prematurely from heart disease, stroke and other blood vessel diseases. They will do this through health promotion, advocacy, research and pre-hospital coronary care.

Over the course of the next 6 months I will partake in a series of running challenges in the build up to the marathon (stay tuned!). I hope that these challenges will inspire others to run for the hearts that can't ❤️

Le dea ghuí,

Cormac.
