Myself, Jay and Tom are taking on Tough Mudder North West this year as some team members are out with injuries. Anyone who would like to join the team Toughblubber we would love a bigger team to run with us.

Our children suffer an autoimmune disorder called Eosinophilic Enterocolitis. Its a painful debilitating disease that causes daily pain, enteral feeding, many hospital stays and operations. Last year Starlight granted a wish for our children to swim with dolphins and we will be forever in there debt. We ran the London Marathon last year and Tough Mudder North West 2014. We wanted this year to be bigger than ever so every penny counts. 

We will post after pics of all the pain and suffering so if nothing else you can enjoy those. We will also be vlogging on the day so that will be available to watch on youtube. That must be worth a donation to watch.

Starlight brightens the lives of seriously and terminally ill children by wish granting and also by providing fun, entertainment, laughter and distraction for children in every children’s hospital ward and hospice throughout the United Kingdom. All Starlight’s activities are aimed at distracting children from the pain, fear and isolation they can often feel as a result of their illnesses.
