I am doing a 10k run in Preston to raise money for BK''S Heroes. this is a charity i am heavily involved in as Ben was one of my patients as i was one of his health care assistants. it was a huge pleasure to meet Ben he always put a smile on your face and never failed to make you laugh even if it was a tough day he would find a way to make you smile. this is also his charity that he wanted to set up and i will do all i can to support this charity and ensure it is running in years to come. :D thank you for your support in advance
