I know many of you have over the years sponsored me for Race for Life, but this is a real challenge. I am running the Great South Run on 25th October in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support....and its 10 miles! Please sponsor me, even just a pound or two, to help support this deserving charity.  99% of their work is supported by voluntary donations, so every penny counts as they say! Once I signed up for this I purposely didn't push sponsorship for the race for life, but now that that is over (and another personal best acheived!) please pledge your support for Macmillan.... especially if you didn't sponsor me for R4L!
