Story
In 2016, I was diagnosed with Asthma and in the same year, I ran my first marathon. I have been determined ever since that this condition should not prevent me from doing the sport I love. But lung conditions can become dangerous, even to relatively young and relatively healthy folks. The Covid-19 pandemic has made that brutally clear.
1 in 5 of us will have a lung condition during our lifetime. There's a new diagnosis every minute. That's why I am proud to be raising money for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyones right to breathe.
Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs. I'd be very grateful for any donations you could make, and I’ll have all my donors on my running shirt, so you’ll be with me come race day!
