Story
Here I go again, this will be my second Great South Run and a chance to support another great cause. This year I’m running for Hounds for Heroes.
Launched in February 2010, Hounds for Heroes provides specially trained assistance dogs to injured and disabled men and women of both the UK Armed Forces and Civilian Emergency Services. These animals can literally change the life of a disabled person, enabling them to get out and to live independent lives. Hounds for Heroes run a training centre near Petersfield, Hampshire where the dogs are being taught skills such as opening doors, emptying the washing machine, helping with shopping and using cash machines (remind me not to let Elmo and Delphi see this video as would not want them using an ATM with my card!!).

So if you can spare a couple of pounds, this would be much appreciated, it will help motivate me and most importantly, will help change the lives of injured and disabled UK Armed Forces and Emergency Services’ personnel.
Many thanks in advance!
