I have signed up to my first Half IRONMAN triathlon in Cascais Portugal, which I will be doing in memory of Danny Houston who sadly passed away last year. I have started a justgiving page for SAMH the charity I have chosen to raise money for, any donation at all is appreciated.👏🏻

The Half IRONMAN consists of 1.2 mile 🏊🏻‍♂️, 56 miles 🚴 and 13.1miles (Half Marathon)🏃🏻‍♂️. Which has to be completed by the 8 hours and 30 minutes cut off time.
