This isn't our first half marathon, but it's definitely the one that means the most, as we are running in memory of Anna Langeveld, Rhea's mum.

After a short and brave battle against an aggressive form of cancer, Anna sadly passed away in October 2021, less than 10 months after being diagnosed. In her final few days, LOROS provided an outstanding level of care for both Anna and her family during a very painful and difficult time.

LOROS offers this same support to more than 2,500 patients across Leicestershire and Rutland every year. Every donation helps them to provide the same level of care that we were so grateful Anna was able to receive.
