At the start of March 2023 four riders from Connected Kerb will take part in ‘Cycle to MIPIM’ - a relay ride from London to the MIPIM property fair in Cannes, raising money for projects transforming young lives.

Our fundraising target - £20,000

Our four riders aim to raise a total of £20,000 for Club Peloton, the charity and real estate community transforming the lives of young people. Riders are asked to raise £3,000 each but Connected Kerb wants to go the extra mile for such an important cause.

Our riders will be fundraising for Club Peloton so they can continue transforming young lives by supporting projects including:

• Recruiting families for 1,150 children waiting longer than 18 months to find adoptive homes
• Assisting 500 families with post adoption support
• Awarding 800 bikes, tandems and adapted trikes to children and young people affected by cancer
• Supporting research to illustrate the relationship between physical and mental well-being and physical activity in children surviving cancer
• Tackling the root causes of violent street crime through 18 amazing projects
• Assisting the children of 27 families living with a loved one with MSA

The route: London to France, 7-day cycling relay, 1,438km

Each Connected Kerb rider will complete at least 840km over the 7 days. The route winds its way through the Garden of England, onto the wide and gently undulating landscape of northern France, before reaching the lush green, vine-clad hills of Champagne and Burgundy. Riders finally reach the drier south, Gorges du Verdon and the welcoming sight of the azure Mediterranean.

Cycle to MIPIM is Club Peloton's original endurance fundraising ride that brings together cyclists of all abilities to ride, network and fundraise. Every year, riders from across the property industry complete the 1,438km challenge from London to Cannes, arriving in time for MIPIM, the leading international real estate fair.
