This months sees the start of CrossFit’s biggest yearly global fitness challenge; The Reebok Crossfit Open. With CrossFit communities all over the world coming together to put our fitness to the test! A challenge is rereleased globally every Friday, the event is known as the Friday Night Lights. 

For this special event Connect has decided to partner up with CoppaFeel! A charity that focuses on educating people about early detection of breast cancer. 

It will be a month of raising awareness and funds through these weekly fitness challenges and what we are now calling the PINK Friday Night Lights! Where members will wear pink whilst performing The Open workout. 

This is an important month of empowering and educating our community on early detection and prevention. Cancer touches all of us in some way so let’s challenge cancer together.

* More about CoppaFeel! are the first UK breast cancer charity to create awareness amongst young people, with the aim to install a new healthy habit that could one day save a life. They are on a mission to stamp out late detection of breast cancer and ensure the nation is checking their boobs regularly. They want to educate people on the signs and symptoms of breast cancer, encourage them to get to know what is normal for them and empower young people to have the confidence to see a doctor if they notice anything that isn't right for them.
