We have a team of 12 keen cyclists who have volunteered to take up the Coast to Coast Challenge (170 miles) on the 17th to the 19th June 2021 for our chosen charity, Lancashire Mind. 

The charity supports mental health awareness and is dedicated to making a difference to the mental health of people living and working in Lancashire. We would like to highlight mental health awareness within the Construction Industry, especially during these particularly challenging times. In recent years, 13% of suicides were construction workers, despite construction accounting for only 7% of the national workforce. The industry is still male dominated, although we are trying to change this, and we are improving communication through workplace wellbeing coaching, mental health first aiders and targeted mental health campaigns.
