The Community Neurology Service is an NHS Team within Dorset Health Care. They provide management and monitoring for adults with long-term neurological/neuromuscular condition. 

Remap are a valued charity utilised by the team to provide bespoke equipment to clients. The expertise of the volunteers working for Remap enhance quality of life for client living with significant disabilities.  As a team our aim is to provide greater awareness of the great work Remap carry out and further support them raising money so they can continue to support others.
