On the 12th October I will be attempting to take part in the Royal Marine's Commando Challenge!  Unliek what a lot of you think, this will not be a day of no underwear but a challenging day consisting of a 4 mile run along with a 3 mile assualt course containing mud, sheep dips and god knows what else!!!

All money raised will be split equally amongst the Devon Air Ambulance Trust and Help for Hereos.
