As most of you all know my Dad lost his battle to Cancer on the 21st of January 2015.   This battle started over 5 years ago when he was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer,although this was very difficult for him to accept he put up an amazing fight!  After going through various Radiation treatments and his positive attitude he managed to beat this horrible disease  on this occasion!  On October 2014 my Dad took sick it was not until December 2014 we were told he had Cancer in his lung but we did not know the extent... After getting a Pet scan on the 14th of January he was admitted into the City Hospital on the 16th,  this was when we were given the correct diagnosis! The Cancer was all through him and he was given only a few months to live.  My Dad then died on Wednesday the 21st of January only 5 days after being told this horrific news.    My dad was no stranger to the doctors or hospitals over the past 5 years due to other medical issues although this was never picked up until it was too late.  I am not blaming anyone for this I am merely just doing this fundraiser to help raise awareness and funds to go towards the Macmillan early diagnosis and prevention programme!  This programme is supporting our GP's to think 'CANCER' and putting systems and equipment in place in order to support this.   We have lost our Dad, Husband,Brother, Uncle, Granda and Friend!  Who has done us all so proud by putting up such an amazing fight.  No one deserves to go through the torture and pain he went through so I ask you all please make a donation no matter how small to help go towards this programme. Early diagnosis give people a better chance of beating this disease. 

To my dad... I thought the Sky dive would be perfect fundraiser as it was one of your hobbies. I love you and miss you Dearly!! My first Love  and my Hero!! Xo
