Tina & Kate and their family & friends are taking part in the York Walk again this year to raise awareness and much needed funds for Crohn's and Colitis UK.

This fantastic charity aims to improve the lives of everyone affected by Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), the most common forms being Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. Together these conditions affect about 250,000 people in the UK - Tina & Kate are just two of them!
