Things could always be worse. So, if we can make a smal difference to someone else out there who desperatly needs help, i think that we should step up and take responsability and take action.

I am taking part in a number of 5k and 10k runs to raise the profile of Cord.

Rugby 5k - 21st May 2011 - 6th place, 19min 45
Heroes Run Warwickshire 10k - 5th June 2011 - 43min 50 sec
Coventry Fun Run - 4 miles - 12th June 2011 - 20min
