This year, once again i am taking part in the Aspire Chanel Swim.

22 miles over a two and a bit month period. Equivelant to 1408 lengths of my local pool. So far i am at 1100 lengths (22/11/07) and starting to get bored!! (obviously joking). Please help motivate my lazy ass by donating to my page and helping me raise money for Aspire.
