Story
In August 2021, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Although I was told that it had been caught early and everything was positive, my whole world came crashing around me. I went to a very dark place and thought I was never going to return. But, with with help of a very loving family, some fantastic friends at Wilmslow running club and especially, my Macmillan nurse, who talked to me and got me through my darkest period.
Nearly 12 months down the line, I have had my treatment at the wonderful Christie hospital and I am about to take part in my 29th Great North Run.
Please donate what you can for these wonderful people.
Thank you.
