Hi folks this year i am taking part in the arbroath charity boxing which is taking place on Friday the 21st of June at the community centre to raise money for Scottish Association For Mental Health (SAMH). The reason this is my chosen charity is because i have been effected by the loss of Amber Beaton and Dean Heenan. My chosen charity is a charity that aims to help familys and friends who have lost loved one to suicide and also to support people to prevent them from taking there own lifes, giving them the support that they need!
