Once again as a Coop colleague I have decided to be a part of an amazing adventure. Trekking in the Sahara all in aid of Coop's new charity partner, Barnardos.

As a father myself to two beautiful children they get all the love care and attention.  I understand that this is not always the case in many households across the country from child abuse, adoption, child mental health or simply family support for those families struggling with the cost of living crisis, in fact 3.9 million (27%) of children in the uk were living in poverty. 

It will be empowering to think I am completing this challenge to help support children and families across the country to give them a better way of life and experience similar love and care that my two children receive.
