on sunday 19th of october 2014 i will be taking up the challenge of abseiling down the forth rail bridge to raise money for chest heart and stroke scotland.

The drop is 165ft down to the sandy beach below (lets hope its not windy). i have never done an abseil before so am very much looking forward to it
