This is for the Rainbow Trust kids charity

.Me and some of Pauls friends are doing the mile swim, then cycling 26 miles around Windemere,then a 5 mile run.

Paul passed away last year and he was an ironman triathalete. A superman if you like. This is my first venture into the pain barrier and i hope i come out smiling at the other end. Paul would eat this for breakfast.
