Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I realised in 2020 that I really don't like being told to stay at home. Somewhere during the first lockdown when we were only allowed out for an hour a day I started to plan my escape and got the chance to enter the Cape Wrath Ultra, an 8 day ultra running expedition through some of the worlds most inspirational landscapes, starting in Fort William and finishing 260 miles later at Cape Wrath on the North Coast of Scotland. I'll be running up to 45 miles per day and climbing higher than Everest over the course of the week.
You can find out more about the challenge here -

The challenge starts in Fort William, the home of Harris Ross who tragically passed away at just 16 months old, following months of battling a brain tumour.
In his memory, Harris' parents Tanya and Allan set up the charity STAR for Harris, to Support Treatment & Awareness Raising of childhood cancer.
Over the years they have have done an incredible job and raising funds to support children with cancer and their families, particularly in the Edinburgh and Inverness children's hospitals. You can read more about the work they do on their Facebook page or website below

I'm in no doubt that this will be the biggest physical and mental challenge I have ever undertaken, so if I can raise a few pounds along the way, hopefully it can help me on to the finish line. A pound a mile would be great but all donations will be welcome!
Thanks for your support.
