We help people with mental health problems to have a better life

Story

On the 4th September 2017 I will be completing the Fourtitude Challenge on behalf of Mental Health U.K.

Day 1, Mental Agility Test.

Day 2, Climb Scafell Pike

Day 3,  100 mile bike ride with 5000 feet of elevation gain in the Peak District.

Day 4,  half marathon in Birmingham

1 in 4 people in the UK each year will experience a mental health problem. Money worries, job problems can also make it difficult for people to cope.

I am raising £2500, to help people who find themselves in this position and I am looking for your help.

This is a big challenge for me as I have never run in my life, or ever climbed a mountain! So please donate all that you can.

I will post my progress regularly, both the good and the bad.... wish me luck :-)
