She knew I had entered the tri and it seemed fitting that I raise as much money as possible for a charity that she cared about. After my triathalon lots and lots of endorphins and emotions were floating around my body. During this "high" I entered Bristol half marathon......2 days later the reality of never having run futher than 5 miles hit home!

As we generally ask the same people for money and I had recklessly entered I initally thought I'd complete the event for "fun"! As the event has got nearer and nearer - gulp. Lots of people have been asking me who I am raising money for. 

Here I am again, asking for support to this wonderful cause that helped Irena and our family. If you can spare any pennies at all, please donate as it really does all help.
