I will be running the Snowdonia Marathon in October 2010 in aid of WWF. It will be my third marathon of 2010, and the first time I have ever run for a charity.

I would be grateful for your sponsorship, but would be just as pleased if the thought of me stumping over hills for 26.2 miles moves you instead to support rainforest conservation through the things you buy. For example, you might help to protect rainforests by switching to Rainforest Alliance coffee or by boycotting unsustainably produced palm oil, soya or meat.
