We, a group of year 11s, are raising money for the children of Ukraine. 

We will be walking to represent the children who have had to leave everything they know, walking away from their homes, in order to find safety in other countries. 

These children are crossing their border with nothing. Many children younger than us are travelling on their own, without their mum or dad.

We'll be going from Coleford, to Newland, Redbrook then Monmouth and we'll also be crossing a border - from England to Wales. This is a border we cross all the time, without even thinking about it. 

All the money raised will be donated to UNHCR, a charity which not only supports children fleeing Ukraine, but also other countries all around the world that have been affected by war and conflict. We don't want children who live in other areas of conflict to be forgotten.
