Story
This years Be a Hero campaign is all about increasing your exercise minutes. I am taking my inspiration from our NeuroMoves clients, and endeavour to match what we expect from our clients in our most intensive program, Locomotor Training. This involves is 5 x 90 minute sessions every week, and comes to 2000 minutes over the month of September! I will log my efforts using Strava, so you can guarantee I am not cheating!
